This Animal Welfare and Enforcement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the Idaho Humane Society, Incorporated, an Idaho non-profit corporation (“IHS”), Ada County, Idaho, a duly formed and existing county pursuant to the laws and Constitution of the State of Idaho (“Ada County”), city of Boise City a municipal corporation and governmental subdivision, organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho (“Boise”), City of Eagle, a municipal corporation and governmental subdivision, organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho (“Eagle”); City of Kuna, a municipal corporation and governmental subdivision, organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho (“Kuna”), City of Meridian, a municipal corporation and governmental subdivision, organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho (“Meridian”).
