TERMS AND CONDITIONS – СRITEO SERVICE УСЛОВИЯ – УСЛУГИ СRITEO These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) constitute an integral part of the Agreement made by and between Limited Liability Company “Criteo”, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation, having its registered address as 125196, Moscow, Lesnaya st. 9, 11th Floor (hereinafter, “Criteo”), and the Client, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and separately the “Party”, and apply to the provision of the Criteo Service. Данные Условия (далее – «Условия») являются неотъемлемой частью Договора, заключенного между Обществом с ограниченной ответственностью «Критео», зарегистрированным в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации, с местом нахождения по адресу: 125196, г. Москва, ул. Лесная, д. 9, 11 этаж, (далее– «Criteo») и Клиентом, далее в совокупности –«Стороны», а по отдельности – «Сторона», и используются для предоставления Услуг Criteo.
