Agreement entered into this 1st day of August 2013, by and between the St. Louis Chapter of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (hereinafter referred to as “SMACNA-St. Louis” or “Employer” or “Contractor”) and International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local Union 36, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as “Union”).
