This is an agreement for electric and/or natural gas supply between Titan Gas and Power and you, for the service address or addresses set forth in your Energy Facts Label (“EFL”). This document outlines information required by the Maryland Public Service Commission (“PSC”) pertaining to residential electric and/or natural gas service provided by Titan Gas, LLC dba Titan Gas and Power (“Company” or the "Supplier" or "Titan") to customers in the State of Maryland. This document evidences the terms and conditions of service and is referred to as the Contract (“Contract” or “Agreement”) that you (“You” or “Customer” or “Small Commercial Customer”) have with the Company.
