(formerly known as Northrop Grumman Corporation), a Delaware corporation (“NGC”), and Titan Holdings II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Holdings LP”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Indenture (as defined below).
