This Settlement Agreement and Release is made and entered into on June 15, 2021, by and among (1) Settlement Class Representatives (as identified below), for themselves and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and (2) Filters Fast, LLC (“Filters Fast”), pertaining to the putative class action lawsuits captioned Powers, et al. v. Filters Fast, LLC, Case No. 3:20-cv-00982, W.D.Wis. (the “Powers Action”) and McCreary, et al. v. Filters Fast, LLC, Case No. 3:20-cv-595, W.D.N.C. (the “McCreary Action”) (collectively, the “Actions”), subject to preliminary and final Court approval as required by Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Settlement Class Representatives and Filters Fast are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Settlement Agreement and Release and Exhibits “A” to “G,” attached hereto, are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement” or the “Settlement Agreement.”
