IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End User License and Technical Support and Maintenance Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PDF Share Forms LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “PDF Share Forms”) for PDF Share Forms Enterprise software, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (collectively “Licensed Software”) as well as technical support and maintenance services for the Licensed Software (“Technical Support and Maintenance”) if acquired from PDF Share Forms. The Licensed Software also includes any updates and supplements to the original Licensed Software which may be provided to you by PDF Share Forms. Any software provided along with the Licensed Software that is associated with a separate end‐user license agreement is licensed to you under the terms of that license agreement.
