THIS FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2016, by and between the City of Eagan (hereinafter the "City"), a Minnesota municipal corporation; D.R. Horton, Inc.-Minnesota, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter the “Owner”). The City and Owner are hereinafter collectively known as the "Parties."
