This Intergovernmental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT”) is entered into this day of , 2018, between the County of DuPage (hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY”), a body corporate and politic, with offices at 421 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois and the Village of Westmont (hereinafter referred to as the “VILLAGE”), a municipal corporation with offices at 31 W. Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois. The COUNTY and the VILLAGE are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as a “party” or together as the “parties.”
