LEXINGTON VI LLC, and EDR LEXINGTON VII LLC (and any affiliate of the foregoing who becomes a party to this Agreement, each a “Tenant” and collectively, the “Tenants”), each a wholly-owned subsidiary of Education Realty Operating Partnership, LP (“EROP”), a Delaware limited partnership and affiliate of Education Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Parent” and together with EROP, each Tenant and each of their respective affiliates, each an “Operator Party” and collectively the “Operator Parties”).
