THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of January, 2020, by and between the VILLAGE OF THIENSVILLE, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (the “Village”) and THIENSVILLE ENTERPRISES LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company (“TE LLC”) and BONNILAKE ORCHARD STREET LLC (“Bonnilake”) (collectively TE LLC and Bonnilake are referred to as the “Developer”). Greg Devorkin (“Guarantor”) joins herein for purposes of the providing a personal guaranty on the Schedule of Values for Phase 1 of the project.
