THIS CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of is made by and between AUBURNBANK, an Alabama state bank (“Bank”), and , a[n] (“Customer”). This Agreement, along with any other Addenda attached hereto, is in addition to other agreements between Bank and Customer, including but not limited to Customer’s checking and other deposit account agreements, Customer’s overdraft protection, loan and line of credit agreements as each may be modified from time to time. If there is a conflict in the terms and conditions of this Agreement and one contained in the other agreements between Bank and Customer, this Agreement will control.
