PRESSURE WASHING (the “Agreement”) by and between North Broward Hospital District d/b/a Broward Health, a special tax district of the State of Florida (“Broward Health”), and the undersigned Contractor awarded a contract pursuant to the RFQ (as defined below) (hereinafter, “Contractor”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature of both Parties to this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). Broward Health and Contractor may be collectively referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
