 1: This contract reflects the verbal agreement. It shall include any terms agreed prior to its issue. It shall be deemed unaccepted unless the booking form is accepted and initial payment is received by Dazzlin Events for the service stated 7 days after the issuing date. No alterations may be made to this contract by anyone without prior approval consent from Dazzlin Events.
