This Fireworks Display Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on the 27th day of January, 2022, by and between The City of Angleton, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”), and Celestial Displays, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
