This Affordable Housing Program Direct Subsidy Agreement – Homeownership Set-Aside Program (this “Agreement”), effective as of the date set forth in Paragraph 4 below, is made by and among the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (the “Bank”), and (“the Member”) in connection with Member’s Application (as such term is defined below) to participate in the Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (“WISH”) offered by the Bank (hereafter, the “HSA Program”).
