This SurgiVision® DataLink Alcon Edition End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between SurgiVision® Consultants, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “SurgiVision®”), an Arizona Corporation having its principal place of business in Scottsdale, Arizona, and you, the operating surgeon executing this EULA (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). This EULA permits User to use SURGIVISION® DATALINK ALCON EDITION ("DataLink") as described herein. An electronic copy of this EULA is available from within DataLink and at http://AlconEULA.SurgiVision.net.
