THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 7th day of July, 2022, by and between the CITY OF MANASSAS PARK, a Virginia municipal corporation, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “City”), and LIFE EXTENSION CLINCS, INC., a Florida corporation authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, its successor and assigns, d/b/a Life Scan Wellness Centers (collectively, the “Contractor”).
