This Addendum dated 27th February 2012 amends the Software License and Support Agreement (document dated 22nd August 2005) (“Agreement”) between Arcontech Limited (“Arcontech”) and The Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Treasury acting through the United Kingdom Debt Management Office (“Customer”). To the extent this Addendum is not consistent with any terms of the Agreement the terms of this Addendum will prevail.
