Upon receipt of a formal written complaint, the local Chairperson and the Vice-president Operations will determine if the complaint requires a special investigative team comprised of both a management and a Union representative appointed by and the Union respectively. In the event of a complaint involving sexual harassment, the investigative team, if possible, will be comprised of at least one (1)woman. Advisors will not undertake such investigations.
