This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective this day of , (“Effective Date”), between the EMDR Foundation (the “Foundation”), a nonprofit corporation, tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3), and (“Sponsor”). The agreement is for one calendar year from the Effective Date, and is renewable as outlined in Term and Termination, below.
