This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made by and between petitioner Mill Valley Residents for the Protection of Wildlife (“MVRPW”) and respondent City of Mill Valley (“City”) (together, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”). There are no other parties to this Agreement.
