Guarantee consists of life threatening congenital of genetic defects only. If under this condition and a replacement is wanted, a letter from your licensed veterinarian describing the puppy's problem is needed. Then our vet will confirm these issues with the puppy. If confirmed, we will replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value.
