THIS ANNEXATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022, between the VILLAGE OF OSWEGO, an Illinois municipal corporation, located in the Counties of Will and Kendall, State of Illinois (“Village”), LENNAR MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITIES, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (“LMC”), and CALATLANTIC GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation, (“Lennar”) (LMC and Lennar may be collectively referred to as “Owner” or “Owners”). The Village and Owners may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”; and
