This Telehealth Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between BLUE RIDGE MEDICAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION d/b/a Niswonger Virtual Health, a Tennessee corporation (“BRMMC”) and City of Kingsport, for its Kingsport City Schools (“District”) shall be effective as of August 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”). BRMMC and District shall be referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
