This exhibit outlines the scope of work for Basic Services to be provided by the Consultant to the City in connection with the Sloan Channel Reinforced Concrete Box (RCB) Repair Design Services. The City reserves the right to cancel, re-prioritize, and/or alter the schedule of the Project as identified herein. The City will give written Notice to Proceed on a task by task basis.
