This promotional attachment ("Attachment") is subject in all respects to the Service Exhibits (as defined in the “Miscellaneous” section of this Attachment) and the Qwest Total Advantage (“QTA”) or Qwest Loyal Advantage (“QLA”) Agreement (each an “Agreement") between Qwest and Customer. All capitalized terms used in this Attachment that are not defined herein will have the definiti ons set forth in the Agreement or Service Exhibits. “Approved CPE” for purposes of this Attachment means an Adtran NV1335 PoE router/switch, Adtran NV4305 PoE router/switch and Adtran, NV1234 PoE and NV1238 PoE Ethernet switches and intangible computer code contained therein, IP enabled devices (e.g. handsets), and Data/Fax modems designated by Qwest.
