This Software as a Service Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as the date both Parties execute the Purchase Order (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Arbol Community, Inc., a Delaware corporation (” Provider”), and Customer whose name is listed on the Purchase Order attached hereto (”Customer”). Provider and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
