This Special Education Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2020, (“Effective Date”), by and between the Board of Trustees of the Lodi Unified School District (“District”) and Pacific Charter Institute (“Non-Profit”), a California non- profit public benefit corporation, operating Rio Valley Charter School (“Charter School”), a public charter school chartered by the District. This Agreement will set forth the responsibilities
