This Agreement is for use with The Dispute Service Ltd (TDS) insurance based scheme. If you are using the TDS custodial scheme or another deposit scheme you can use the standard A03 Agreement and attach a copy of the appropriate scheme’s prescribed information/deposit information certificate which is available from their website. You should ensure that you comply with any scheme rules and provide the tenant with all information required including the scheme leaflet.
