Online / telephone counselling will enable you to access therapeutic support with a Someone Cares counsellor from your home. You will have been asked in your assessment with us what your preferred method of contact with your counsellor is and chosen to work with a counsellor online or via telephone. Your counsellor will discuss times and frequency of appointments with you during your first counselling session. It is expected you will be prepared and on time for your agreed counselling session. Your counsellor will be unable to extend session times if you are late. Your counsellor will go through our contract and confidentiality limitations, they will also run through an assessment of needs with you to check if there have been any changes since your initial assessment.
