These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you") and Crypto Sword & Magic (“we", “us", or “our") concerning your access to and use of the www.cryptoswordandmagic.com website and the Crypto Sword & Magic app as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site" and the “App"). Crypto Sword & Magic is a distributed application that runs on EOS network, using specially-developed smart contracts (each, a “Smart Contract”) to enable users to own, transfer, battle and unique digital creatures, which can then be visualized on a website and an application that the user can interact with the Site. The Smart Contracts and the Site are collectively referred to in these Terms as the “App”. Using the App, users can view their creatures and use Smart Contracts to acquire trade, and battle with other App users.
