This Service Agreement (together with any annexes, addenda and exhibits attached hereto (the “Service Exhibits”), collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fibernet Direct Florida LLC (“FN DIRECT FL”) and the customer identified below (“Customer,” and together with FN DIRECT FL, “the Parties”). This Agreement shall govern services provided by FN DIRECT FL in accordance with, and pursuant to, one or more FN DIRECT FL Service Orders (“SO” or “SOs”) executed by the Parties (“Services”). For the avoidance of doubt, SOs submitted through Customer’s registered account on FN DIRECT FL’s Internet portal and accepted by FN DIRECT FL shall be considered as executed by the Parties.
