The Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency” or “HHSC”), an administrative agency within the executive department of the State of Texas, and Nueces County MHMR Community Center (“Grantee” or “Contractor”), a Community Mental Health Center as defined by Texas Health and Safety Code Section 534.001, each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties,” to that Disaster Crisis Counseling Program (MH/DCCP) agreement, effective April 29, 2019, and denominated HHS Contract No. HHS000434500035 (“Contract”), now want to amend said Contract.
