Mastercard and VISA are accepted in person at City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, VA 23669. Vendors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance no later than ten (10) days following deadline, after which time selected vendors should apply for the temporary health permit from the Virginia Department of Health (application below), and forward applicable insurance copies as noted in “Food Vendor Agreement” as required.
