This Charter Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into this, the 26th day of January 2024, by and between the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission” or “the Authorizer”) and Capstone Education Group, Inc. (the “Applicant(s)”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to operate Cornerstone Prep Lester Campus (hereinafter referred to as “the Charter School”).
