MapAnything, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 5200 77 Center Drive, Suite 400, Charlotte, North Carolina 28217 (“MapAnything”) and the party named above (“Licensee”), shall be effective as of the later date of execution between the Parties as shown on the signature page below (the “Effective Date”). MapAnything and Licensee are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, and each, individually, a “Party”.
