The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a supplementary agreement to the HONOR Developers Merchant Service Agreement signed between you and HONOR. By clicking the "Agree" button (or any other similar button) on the Website, it shall be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted the terms of the HONOR Developers Service Agreement and the HONOR Developers Merchant Service Agreement as of the date of said acceptance or your registration on the HONOR Themes Services Platform as part of HONOR Developers.
