THIS CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (the “Franchise” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Wylie, a duly organized city under the applicable laws of the State of Texas (the Local Franchising Authority or “LFA”) and GTE Southwest, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Southwest, (“Verizon Southwest”) a corporation duly organized under the applicable laws of the State of Texas (the “Franchisee”).
