(“Provider”). The term “Client” as used herein means the educational institution, local educational agency, school administrative unit, education industry association, company, or other legal or professional entity that utilizes or intends to utilize the Services. By your accepting this Agreement, either by clicking a box indicating Client’s acceptance or by executing an order form that references this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and you represent that you have the authority to bind Client to this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and Client must not use the Services.
