Agreement – This purchase order is an offer by ES3 PLG (the "Buyer") for work Buyer received from a third party (the “Customer”) for the purchase of the goods (the "Goods") or services (the “Services”) specified, to the party to whom the purchase order is addressed to (the "Seller") in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms"; together with the terms, requirements, or referenced documents on the face of the purchase order, delivery order, subcontract, or contract,( the "Order")).
