Please find below the general and special terms and conditions governing your account agreement. GENERAL PROVISIONSARTICLE 1 - ENTERING INTO THE AGREEMENT The account agreement is subject to the Bank's approval. If the Bank refuses to give its approval, you will be notified by recorded delivery mail no later than three business days after signature of the agreement. In this case, the agreement will be deemed never to have existed. ARTICLE 2 - ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS You hereby acknowledge and accept that, in accordance with Articles L. 133-2 and L. 314-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, and with all other applicable provisions, this Agreement deviates from all the legal and regulatory provisions governing payment services, as provided for in Book I, Title III, Chapter III and Book III, Title I, Chapter IV of the French Monetary and Financial Code, which allow for alternative arrangements to be made.
