In connection with the privately initiated SFZH-Initiative the City Authorities of San Francisco, California, USA and the Municipality of Zurich, Switzerland, (hereafter “the Parties”), prompted by the wish to enhance and expand the links of friendship between the parties, and recognizing that both cities will profit from exchanges involving their respective citizens, hereby enter into the following friendship and exchange agreement.
