This Application & Contract, when signed by Exhibitor/Sponsor and The Prepaid Expo, con- stitutes a binding legal agreement. The Prepaid Expo agrees to review this Application & Contract and assign exhibit space to your company, if available, consistent with The Prepaid Expo eligibility requirements and policies. Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees that upon acceptance of this Application and Contract by The Prepaid Expo, with our without appropriate pay- ment, the Application and Contract shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against Exhibitor/Sponsor in accordance with its terms.
