THIS POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made and entered into as of (“Effective Date”), by and between (“Buyer”), a Pennsylvania public utility company organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and , a corporation (“Seller”). Buyer and Seller hereinafter are also sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”.
