PROJECT AGREEMENT‌‌FOR COMPREHENSIVE PALLIATIVE CARE IN AGED CARE An agreement between:  the Commonwealth of Australia; and the States and Territories of  New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.
