The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern Your access to and use of www.argolytics.com or www.gotrendable.com (the “Site”), Trendable (the Application) and any other applications that may be accessible through the Site, including, without limitation (hereafter “including”), any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.gotrendable.com (collectively, the “Service”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
