The purpose of this document is to state the terms of a mutual agreement, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), between Rocky Mountain Ham Radio (RMHAM) and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM. This document will serve as a framework within which Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM members will have access to RMHAM owned and operated repeaters and equipment in support of Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM Emergency Communications and training functions.
