THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of April, 2010, is made and entered into by and between CAPITAL PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the portfolios listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) and CAPITAL GUARDIAN TRUST COMPANY, a California corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
