The Agreement should be filled out and signed by all three parties prior to the arrival of the doctoral student at Lund Uni- versity (LU). The Head of the relevant department at LU coordinates the signing process. As stated below, this Agreement is made in two original copies, each party receiving one duly signed copy thereof. The department in question at LU should keep a copy for its records.
